The kingdom of God belongs to the children, and the Children of the Lord Foundation strives to provide essential resources to ensure the success of every child.  By collaboratively working with clergy leaders in Africa and the USA, the Children of the Lord Foundation provides accessible healthcare, food, water, clothing, and education to developing communities around the world.

Children comprise nearly 1/3 of the world population, and are its most valuable natural resource. We must invest in them today to ensure their brilliant successes tomorrow.

The Foundation aims to ensure rewarding, performance-oriented cultures flourish in developing communities and villages to alleviate root causes of poverty.

Performance Excellence of the Children of the Lord Foundation is comprised of five elements:

1. Conduct needs and resource base allocation analyses to determine areas of greatest potential impact.
2. Set annual goals to ensure alignment of the Foundation vision with realizable expectation.
3. Measure and monitor performance, quarterly.
4. Provide feedback for continuous improvement to all stakeholders.
5. Celebrate success with all!
